John B. Higgins

John B. HigginsOne of the founding members of the firm, Mr. Higgins has practiced law in St. Charles and the greater Northern Illinois region for 35 years. He began practicing in Kane County in 1981 by serving as an Assistant State’s Attorney. During his tenure at that position, Mr. Higgins honed his skills as a litigator and was honored with the distinction of Prosecutor of the Year. Thereafter, Mr. Higgins was a partner at another prominent St. Charles law firm, spending over a decade trying cases involving personal injury and premises liability. He has represented upwards of 1,000 clients over his career.
