John S. Burke

John S. BurkeI am a second generation attorney who grew up reading depositions transcripts. I always believed I would pursue a career in the law. My career has been strongly devoted to serving and protecting individuals in financial and securities matters, including stock broker fraud, insurance fraud, consumer fraud, securities litigation, breach of fiduciary duty, and other financial frauds. Prior to embarking on my legal career I was a successful stock broker for a national firm. I entered law with a promise to my clients that I would continue to serve investors by using my experience in the securities and insurance business to help investors who were defrauded by those individuals and industry practices that I found unconscionable. Nearly twenty-five years I have been practicing law in securities matters before FINRA, NASD, NYSE, and other SRO arbitration panels as well as in state and federal courts nationwide.
